How I grew my Nails Long and Strong

Nail Care | Girls who bite their nails should definitely read this
I'm the girl who bit her nails until just one year ago! Right now , my nails are like this. Lot of people have asked me what products I used and things I did to achieve this. So here's what I did and what you should do if you want pretty looking nails :
1. Use Good Products :
This doesn't mean you need to buy extravagant oils , creams or polishes. You must research and find the brands that are not very harmful for your skin and nails. I use polishes that include brands such as Lakme, Juices and Elle. You can go ahead with these or by the trial and error method where you research and experiment to learn which brands work for you. I use the Lakme nail polish remover because it doesn't bleach or take away the normal shine on my nails.
2. Moisturise :
Just like your skin, your nails need moisture as well to survive and function well. Moisturing is an important part of nail care. Applying moisturizer on semi-wet hands helps to lock in the moisture and retain it. Make this a part of your daily routine and don't skip this step.

3. Avoid biting and cutting nails randomly :
Like I already mentioned I was someone who did this regularly and couldn't survive without doing this. Determination is the key. Stay strong and keep yourself occupied with other things so that you don't do this. It took a long time to get this straight and after a few months is when my nails stopped chipping off and they grew stronger.
4. A Good diet :
Nails need nutrition as well. Need I say more ? Proteins play an important role. So eat those eggs and drink those protein shakes! Also, have patience because it took me almost six months to get all these things right and the nails to stop breaking and chipping.
5. See the experts :
Just that salon next door can do what you exactly need. Get your nails filed , cut and polished by the those who are trained once in a while. I get this done once in two weeks. This helped my nails a lot. Specially it stopped breakage.

Would love to end this saying "When you care for your health and beauty , it shows." So go care for your nails and let it show !

To break a myth, let me tell you it isn't.   What is the right thing to do and what is not? Don't you have it figured out yet? Well here I am to guide you. Happy relationships and happy love life. 1. Understanding both the sides  If your partner needs you with them, be there for them. When they are telling you something, understand them and listen to them even if you feel it's a very minute problem. It might look huge to them. So just tell them that everything will be alright. Just your presence could be a game changer in your relationship. 2. Know your worth  No one can make you feel inferior or feel like you are not enough. You are more than enough. Being yourself i...

How to move on...

How to move on after a breakup....❤️ 1. Believe that you are the Better person :  There must be reasons why you are better than them . Obviously . It could be as anything , may you are more intelligent , may be you are prettier/handsome , may be you have a better character , probably you are more patient . Look for ways in which you see your own worth.Stop seeing how much more they have. Be your own inspiration and be kind to yourself.        Take selfies . Smile along . List out the                          ways in which you are better . 2. Accept that there is no hope :   Most people can't move on because they think there is still hope . Accept that there's none . Accept that they don't want you anymore, whatever may be the reason . Start not wanting that person in your life . Keep assuring yourself that you are going to move on and do wonders. It's all in your head. The only hop...
