How to move on after a breakup....❤️

1. Believe that you are the Better person : 
There must be reasons why you are better than them . Obviously . It could be as anything , may you are more intelligent , may be you are prettier/handsome , may be you have a better character , probably you are more patient . Look for ways in which you see your own worth.Stop seeing how much more they have. Be your own inspiration and be kind to yourself. 
      Take selfies . Smile along . List out the                          ways in which you are better .

2. Accept that there is no hope : 
 Most people can't move on because they think there is still hope . Accept that there's none . Accept that they don't want you anymore,whatever may be the reason . Start not wanting that person in your life . Keep assuring yourself that you are going to move on and do wonders. It's all in your head. The only hope left is to move on and date someone better or to date the best person you know , YOU ! ❤️

3. Know that it's their loss :
    Telling yourself that you lost him/her can be the worst mistake . Know that it's their loss and behave like that . Meet other people or go out alone to malls , fun fairs, movies and dinners. Discover yourself. Believe that you are the most wonderful person ever !

4. Treat yourself : 
  Buying yourself something as small as that hair clip you've wanted for so long or even your favourite food can help so much. Sweet things specially chocolate , are known to temporarily take away the bitterness and give you a sense of satisfaction. If you are more of a savory person , try new cuisines and spices. It can give you a slightly different perspective to Life and make you feel better. Don't go sulking over food because food can be your life turner a lot of times.
Buying yourself roses is also a form of self love . 
Have a lot of pastries and ice-creams
keep the best kind of chocolates at home .
Give yourself a break and some time to relax
         And of course cheese !

5. Get a makeover : 
Most people suggest to get a new hair colour , which is great . It's mostly because that might help you feel that you are in control of something in your life. If you don't really want to do something so bold , you can start wearing a new hair style or try a new clothing line or even different coloured shoes.  

Know the best part of a breakup ? You get to do all the fun things ! Buying /wearing all the quirky clothes and accessories ever. Tops saying "Not under your influence" "Girl boss" "love myself" boost your energy and keep your vibes up.

6. Do the things you love : 
  Persue a long lost hobby that you've not had time for ever since you've been in the relationship. Love gardening or cooking or just staying in bed and eating ? Do it ! 
You can even learn something new , join dance classes or skating or start going for walks alone. 
If you don't have a large space to grow plants then you can have indoor plants like the picture I've posted below of my plants. 

7. Spend time with pets :
      Animals are lovely beings. Choose your favourite animal and pet it . Pets are a great distraction. They keep you engaged most of the time. Caring for them can make you happy and the love you get in return from them is immense !

  7. Pamper yourself : 
  Instead of crying over your ex , pamper yourself. Self care is the best thing that can be done post-breakup . Soak your legs in hot water , use scrubs on your face , paint your nails. It could be anything . Since there's no need to rush when going out , use moisturizers, sunscreens and wash your hair regularly . Alternating cold and hot showers reveal stress. All these things will also prevent you from overthinking by keeping you busy. 
It doesn't matter if you don't have those long , pretty nails , it doesn't matter if your face is full of scars . What you need now is to accept your flaws.

  8. Fill  yourself with positivity :
   Keep saying positive things to yourself . Say "I can do this ", "This too shall pass", "This is just a phase" . Don't ever be depressed . Surely there are going to be times you will want to break down but it isn't going to last forever . You are not alone in this. Lots of love to you. ❤️

How I grew my Nails Long and Strong

Nail Care | Girls who bite their nails should definitely read this  I'm the girl who bit her nails until just one year ago! Right now , my nails are like this. Lot of people have asked me what products I used and things I did to achieve this. So here's what I did and what you should do if you want pretty looking nails :  1. Use Good Products :     This doesn't mean you need to buy extravagant oils , creams or polishes. You must research and find the brands that are not very harmful for your skin and nails. I use polishes that include brands such as Lakme, Juices and Elle. You can go ahead with these or by the trial and error method where you research and experiment to learn which brands work for you. I use the Lakme nail polish remover because it doesn't bleach or take away the normal shine on my nails.  2.
